Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders safely and on time to customers’ homes and businesses
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the store
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, including making correct change
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every doorstep
• Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
• Communicate with store staff about delivery delays or issues
• Keep your vehicle clean and maintain required delivery equipment (hot bags, etc.)
• Assist with light in-store duties between deliveries when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years (varies by location and local law)
• Ability to pass a background check and/or motor vehicle record check
• Comfortable using a smartphone for GPS navigation and order tracking
• Ability to lift and carry food orders (up to approximately 20–30 lbs)
